My Poem was "The Poison Tree" and I believe my audience would be readers trying to become more influenced by Blake's work. I would explain this poem as a poem that shows life lessons in a drastic situation. I would write my essay by explaining what Blake is trying to explain in his writing. Blake uses A Trochiac rhyme scheme in his poem, and this might be new to inexperienced poetry readers.
